Item Availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products.  If we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered, we will notify you via email.  Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

What credit cards do you accept?
emmasshop.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.  emmasshop.com currently does not accept checks, cash or money orders.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is charged only to states where emmasshop.com has a physical presence.  Currently this is only Alabama.  Items shipped to Alabama will have an 8% sales tax added to the order.

How can I modify my order?
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations. 

What is your privacy policy?
emmasshop.com neither sells nor shares your information with outside companies or third parties.  When you purchase from emmasshop.com your name, billing and shipping address, phone number, email address and credit card information is collected so your order can be processed.  emmasshop.com respects your privacy by not selling or sharing this information. 
emmasshop.com encourages you to sign-up for email updates.  These emails provide you with advanced notice of store sales, new merchandise and other store-related events.  You can add or remove your name from this list at any time. 

Shipping and Handling
Guidelines
Orders placed Monday – Friday before 2 pm CST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification.  All orders placed after 2 pm CST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 48 hours.  Orders placed after 2 pm CST on Fridays will begin processing on the following Monday.  emmasshop.com will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. 
emmasshop.com ships orders via UPS, and therefore is unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as PO Boxes.  We do not offer Saturday delivery.
Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on weight of items and shipping destination.

How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been received.  In addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped.  This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. 

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that have not been worn, altered or washed, and with all tags attached. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  Exchanges and returns are accepted by mail within 10 business days of receipt of purchase.  Returns or exchanges must be postmarked within this 10 day grace period.  Please follow the return/exchange instructions on the invoice included with your package.  Please note: We do not refund shipping and handling charges. 

How do I make a return or exchange?
Simply follow the instruction on the invoice included with your package.  Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible.  Include the completed form with your return/exchange, and send insured to the address below.  (It is recommended that you insure the return packages to emmasshop.com.  This will provide you with recourse on your package, as emmasshop.com cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.)

When will my credit card be refunded?
Once your package has been received at emmasshop.com, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.  You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.  Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from emmasshop.com. 

Gift Services

What gift services do you offer?
emmasshop.com will gift wrap your order free of charge providing you include a request in the comments and special instructions box at the time of purchase.  Also include a gift message in the comments and special instructions box.  This message is printed on a gift card, and included with the gift box.  The recipient will receive a blank invoice with the return/exchange form. 

What does the gift wrapping look like?
Your order is gift wrapped in a box with our signature “leopard print” paper and an “Emma’s” logo sticker.  The item(s) are wrapped in tissue inside the box.
